ASSR Request

For a quick response to your after-sales service request, please complete the required fields as precisely as possible.

Once your request has been registered, you will receive a tracking number (RSAV number) within 24 hours. A person from our company will contact you if necessary to complete your request.

You can then send the equipment back to us for repair. Please report the RSAV number on the return documents as well as on all correspondence.
